We are accepting applications for the 2022-2023 Pre-K Counts School Year for the Hawley, Honesdale, Montrose, Scranton and Taylor Centers.  Complete the Pre-K Counts Application and Enrollment form located in the Forms section of this website.  Attach proof of income and mail to:  Northeastern Child Care Services, 1356 N.
