Northeastern Child Care Services (NCCS) is a non-profit multi-faceted agency serving families and businesses throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania. NCCS administers and operates the Treasure House Child Development Centers, which are located in Lackawanna, Susquehanna and Wayne Counties.
